Fiona then returned to Sydney for a post-graduate fellowship at the Children's Hospital Institute of Sports Medicine. Fiona has also been a University lecturer in Human Movement before retiring to write and raise children. A committed fitness professional since 1990, Fiona has considerable industry experience including pediatrics, post-natal and corporate health. Fiona lives in Sydney.
