Alice Springs Cup Carnival

WHEN: 19th April - 5th May 2003
VENUE: Pioneer Park Racecourse, Alice Springs

The Alice Springs Cup Carnival has come a long way from dusty beginnings to its current position as a significant event on the Australian Horse Racing Calendar. Four feature race days are conducted over the 3 week period, with each week promoted under a different theme.

The final weekend of racing includes events such as a Thoroughbred Yearling Sale, a glamorous Black Tie Ball, (to be held in the new Alice Springs Convention Centre for the first time), and two feature days of racing, including the XXXX Gold Alice Springs Cup on Monday 5th May, 2003.
