Ryka Queen of the Lake

Think you're not good at sports? Well, running and walking is something we can all do no matter what size, shape or fitness level.

The Ryka Queen of the Lake is an all female fun run and walk around Melbourne's Albert Park Lake. This means that you will be in the company of some 1500 women of all ages and backgrounds making their way around the 5 and 10km course.

Entry includes access to pre and post event massage, warm up aerobics and a free showbag. Overall winners will be presented with trophies on the day and all age category winners receive medals.

There will also be plenty of spot prizes thanks to our sponsors including Ryka shoe prizes from Ryka the only performance athletic footwear brand in the world exclusively designed for women.

You will also be able to print a certificate and view your results online.
