'Cry Wolf' begins its tale after a young woman's body is found, and a group of eight students at a prestigious prep school decide to spread a hoax email about a serial killer called 'The Wolf' being on the loose. By describing 'The Wolf's' next victim, the students start a game to see how many people they can convince. But what starts as a joke soon turns out deadly, as someone or something begins hunting them down and now they find themselves victims of their own game.
