Synopsis
I Love You Man is a comedy in which real estate agent, Peter Klaven (Paul Rudd) proposes to the girl of his dreams, Zooey (Rashida Jones) who says 'yes'! Zooey calls all of her friends then Peter realises he has no-one to call, other than his parents. Which means he has no Best Man!

Peter sets out on finding a male friend by going on awkward man-dates and then finally he meets Sydney Fife (Jason Segel) and they immediately create a bond through honesty and music. Of course Zooey and Peter's relationship begins to suffer and he has to choose between his best man and his fiancée.

The movie explores what it takes to be a good friend and a good partner.

Verdict
I Love You Man is funny, very funny and enjoyable and that is really all it needs. With specks of typical romance and a storyline filled with 'bromance' it is the perfect romantic comedy.

Rudd and Segel are a perfect comedy duo, together they make the movie and show friendship or 'bromance' is really the key in this boy-boy-girl triangle.

Numerous lines are repeated, but they still made me laugh, every time. I'm not sure if it was Paul Rudd's fantastic timing or the way he can keep such a straight face whilst delivering stupidly funny lines. The film kept the audiences attention although there were more laughs from some. Every line hit that humorous spot, everyone did giggle, at least once, which resulted in a cinema full of grins. If you want an enjoyable romance that makes you laugh- I Love You Man is for you.

"I Love You Man" - do you have the guts to say it?
