Serves 4
30 minutes
Ingredients:
4 burger buns (I would recommend Fry's family burger buns)
1 onion
1/4 cabbage
1 green apple
1 lime
barbecue sauce
vegan aioli
coriander
olive oil
salt
1 vEEF® Artisan Pulled "Pork"
Method for Pork:
Slice the onions and caramelise in a medium heat pan with olive oil, remove and set aside
In the same pan, caramelise the pulled "pork" with olive oil for around 6 minutes then add the caramelised
onions, finish with 2 spoons of your favourite BBQ sauce
Slaw Salad
Thinly slice the cabbage and the apple (around 1 cup of each), put in a bowl and add lime juice, salt, olive oil and coriander
To Finish
Warm up the buns, add the hot pulled pork, topped with the slaw salad and aioli
