Serves 2
20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 coss lettuce
1 cucumber
1 avocado
1 pack of cherry tomatoes
1 feta cheese (I would recommend Bio Cheese)
chives
olive oil
lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 vEEF ® Artisan Pulled "Lamb"
Method For Lamb
In a medium heat pan, caramelise the pulled "lamb" with olive oil for around 6 minutes
Salad
Clean and chop the lettuce, tomatoes & cucumber and place in a salad bowl, add the avocado last minute and dress it with lemon juice, olive oil and salt
To Finish
Top with chopped chives and feta cheese
