Laura Cassai was runner-up in the 2014 season of MasterChef Australia, and at nineteen was the youngest contestant to ever compete in the grand final. Food and family are everything to Laura, who learned to cook in Tuscany and Sicily under the watchful eyes of her Nonna Maria and Nonna Rosa, and her mother Anita.
