4 cups chicken stock
4 sliced chicken thigh fillets
300g (11oz) can of creamed corn
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
1 tbsp of soy sauce
Fresh asparagus tipsMethod
1. Bring chicken stock to the boil.
2. Add sliced chicken thigh fillets and creamed corn. Simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Stir through Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of soy and a few fresh asparagus tips. Serve and enjoy!
