Emily stresses that Have Your Cake is about baking using healthy ingredients, not about calories or weight loss. The recipes in the book are higher in fibre, lower in sugars and saturated fats than traditional baked treats.
There are 60 recipes ranging from biscuits to cakes, from muffins to tarts and friands. They are full of healthy, less processed ingredients but still look and taste like regular desserts, so now you can have your cake and eat it too.
Emily Rose lives in Melbourne. She is the mother of four young children aged three to eleven. Emily as a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. After graduating she worked in the Recruitment industry as a Consultant before becoming a full-time mother. Emily loves to whip up delicious healthy food for her family and friends.
