Vegan Protein Pancakes

The ultimate fluffy vegan pancakes. The delicious flavour comes from the addition of Amazonia Slim & Tone Toffee Truffle Protein, which also significantly enhances the nutrition profile. Raw Slim & Tone Protein contains a sprouted and fermented protein base with nourishing minerals, herbs, spices and greens to help support metabolism, healthy toning and craving reduction. We recommend serving with coconut yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. Nut free, vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, sugarcane free and dairy free.

3 Servings

• 1 cup spelt flour (or all-purpose gluten free flour)
• 2 tbsp Amazonia Toffee Truffle Protein
• ½ tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla bean powder (or essence)
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• 1 ¼ cups oat milk
• ½ tbsp coconut oil, to cook

Step 1: Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Then add oat milk, gently mix.
Step 3: Place a small amount of the pancake mixture and leave to cook for 1-2 minutes (or until bubbles start to form). Flip and allow the other side to cook for another minute or so. Repeat this process for the rest of the mixture.
Step 5: Stack pancakes and serve with maple syrup and/ or coconut yogurt.
