This Toffee Truffle Porridge contains very few ingredients whilst being packed with flavour. Much of the flavour comes from the Amazonia Toffee Truffle Protein - a sprouted and fermented protein blend with nourishing minerals, herbs, spices and greens to help support metabolism, healthy toning and craving reduction. We recommend topping with peanut butter (or tahini for a nut-free option), banana, cinnamon and hemp seeds. Nut free, vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, sugarcane free and dairy free.
• 1/3 cup organic gluten free oats
• ¾ cup coconut milk
• ½ cup coconut water
• 1-2 tbsp Amazonia toffee truffle protein
• 1 tbsp hulled tahini
• 1 tsp raw honey (or maple syrup)
• ½ tsp cinnamon
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring regularly for approx. 5 minutes. Add additional coconut water or milk if required.
Step 2: Spoon into a bowl and top with banana, peanut butter (or tahini to keep nut free), honey, cinnamon and/ or hemp seeds.
