Ingredients 1 cup frozen peach pieces
 1 frozen banana
 1/2 cup almond milk, yoghurt, kefir or coconut water
 1 scoop (25g) Body Shape protein powder (vanilla bean) 
 or Organic Fusion + Superfoods protein powder (tropical) 
 Optional Extras: 
 1 tbsp nut butter (cashew, almond) 
 1/2 tsp turmeric
 1 tsp freshly grated ginger 
Topping: 
 Peach slices, raspberries, blueberries, nuts, seeds (flax,  chia, sesame, hemp, sunflower, pepitas), bee pollen, cacao  nibs, coconut flakes, buckinis, drizzle of kefir or coconut yoghurt.  
Method Blend all ingredients, including any optional extras in a blender.  Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
