How many people can say that they have shared a meal with their neighbour or even able to successfully identify them if they passed in the street?
To ultimately build better relationships with people who live around us, SPC are supporting Neighbour Day this Sunday 25th of March 2018, to encourage Australians to create recipes that can be shared with their neighbours!
2 ½ SR Flour
¾ cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
125g melted butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Zest of one orange
2 x 120g SPC Diced Peaches
First, preheat your oven to 190°C. Line or grease a 12 cup muffin pan. Put aside.
Sift flour and sugar together and stir through poppy seeds
Now it's time to add in butter and eggs into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in orange zest and diced peaches.
Finally, spoon the batter into greased or lined muffin pans and baked for 25 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes away cleanly Serve warm and dusted with a little icing sugar. Enjoy!
