Did you know that most traditional non-stick pans contain harmful toxic chemicals, like PFAS (poly- and perfluorooctanoic acid)? What's worse: every time you (accidentally) overheat your pan these toxic chemicals get released into the air. Not very tasty and not very healthy ... PFAS are not only toxic but also remains in the human body and in the environment. The toxins accumulate and slowly make our bodies and our nature sick.
GreenPan believe healthy cooking starts with healthy cookware. So they have developed a healthy ceramic non-stick coating made with natural materials like sand. The coating doesn't contain any harmful chemicals, so you don't have to worry about toxic fumes. As well as this, the cookware provides all the benefits of traditional non-stick cookware.
GreenPan is entering the Australian market with their products being stocked in Kitchen Warehouse, Myer, Target and Amazon.
