1 can King Oscar Sardines in Olive Oil, drained
1 avocado, sliced
300g beans, drained
2-3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/4 cup basil leaves
2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Arrange beans, onion, and tomato wedges on a plate. Add sardines and basil leaves. Add avocado. Dress with balsamic vinegar.
