Australian indie-folk singer-songwriter Harrison Storm finds emotional clarity in new single "Find A Way" (via Nettwerk). Written during a solo retreat at a remote cabin in New South Wales, the track features tender fingerpicked guitars and intimate vocals, encapsulating a period of solitude and transformation. "This song is a conversation between myself and the anxious part of me that I have been nurturing for years. The part that doesn't feel safe in the world. It's a very literal song in that sense. The place I'm singing from is the calm, peaceful, and compassionate part of me that exists within, and the version of myself I'm singing to is this part that needs a lot of care and support," Harrison reveals.
"Find A Way" marks the first release from Harrison's upcoming album and follows his recent collaboration with rising alt-pop artist Emily Rink on "Call Me When You Get In," a poignant reflection on grief produced by Matt Corby (Hollow Coves, Budjerah, Jack River). In recent years, Harrison has continued to build a global audience with his mesmerizing live performances, including sold-out headline shows across the UK, EU, and North America, and an Australian tour with labelmates Wild Rivers earlier this year. Now he is thrilled to return to the UK/EU for his headline tour starting November 1st in Rubigen, Switzerland and wrapping on November 25th in Stockholm, Sweden.
