A recipe from Sami Bloom and Califia Farms
3⁄4 cup raw almonds
3⁄4 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond milk
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
1⁄4 tsp sea salt
Cracked black pepper
500g dry Pasta
1 cup fresh Basil leaves
1. Cook pasta according to package.
2. Meanwhile, blend all ingredients, except basil in a high-powered blender until well-combined.
3. Once pasta is ready, pour alfredo sauce over and top with fresh basil.
