Shaken and stirred, Charlie gives you a dinner and a late show Charlie Bar & Bistro, recently voted best new bar in Bali by The Yak magazine, is now open from 6pm to early hours in the morning. Charlie offers the only late night gourmet dining option in Bali as the restaurant is serving its delicious menu until 1:30 AM.

 

Bali is the home to the Lychee Martini cocktail and Charlie is serious about serving the next generation of feisty Martinis. Infused and innovative, Martinis take centre stage at Charlie bar as they are serving signature espresso and raspberry martinis to quench the thirst and ignite the party.


A bar for grown ups who desire revelry and comfort, Charlie is a super trendy  bistro that makes a -go to' for a glamorous evening out, where you can progress from cocktails to dinner and then a show.


The amusement begins from 10pm on Saturday nights, as Charlie Bar gets a little bit outrageous in the nicest possible way – Charlie guests can settle back and be entertained by DJ's, karaoke comedians and burlesque. You will find nothing on the island quite like it.


Centrally situated at Jalan Petitenget 5, Seminyak, Charlie is the place for grown ups to go and party with every conceivable indulgence and comfort catered for.


Head Chef Mieidy Zuhri has created a gourmet menu that is served until 1:30AM. Charlie Chef brings French technique and training at some of the notable restaurants in Dubai and Jakarta to the island.


Meidy was fortunate enough to cool alongside top Chefs such as Alain Passard (Michelin star 3, la Arpege Paris) and Chef Philippe Labbe (Michelin star 2, Shangrila Paris).


Meidy's menu is contemporary and cosmopolitan and compliments both cocktails and wine. But as house specialty is steak.


Charlie take pride in their steaks and grill up the best steaks in Bali. Sourcing premium grass fed beef from Australia, Charlie serve -striploin', -tenderloin', -tenderloin rossini (with foie gras) and fillet mignon. The Chef uses sous-vide cooking method famous for ensuring the meet is cooked to perfection most evenly while retaining its juice.


Co-Owner Julia Saunina says: 'There is not another venue in Bali that has this specific combination of décor, programming and quality products. It is a unique offer and as such, it appeals to a sophisticated and urbane traveller who enjoys a party, but doesn't necessarily want to disco to 5am every morning.
