Review: This concept is really great, easier than carrying a wheat bag around to get all over heat into your arms, knees if you have joint or nerve pain. Soft, flexible fabric, that only took 30 seconds to heat, however it cooled really quiickly too, lasted 6 minutes for me.
I found it worked better when cooled, as the sleeve was a bit big for my arm, but was more useful on my knee to calm swelling, and would suit those with sports injuries.
