A week ahead of its April 7th release, San Fermin's new album 'Belong' is streaming in full now via NPR Music, who say 'listening to Belong is like opening a fire hydrant that sprays big, bold sounds and ideas." Listen here, and feel free to share: LINK
'Belong' is the Brooklyn group's most personal statement to date, and has earned early raves everywhere from Billboard, the New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, TIME Magazine and more. The album's 13 tracks mark the first time that bandleader Ellis Ludwig-Leone has ever written from a personal perspective, confronting disconnection, displacement, and everyday anxiety amidst shimmering pop pieces and 'dazzling orchestral tapestries" (The New York Times). The new music has racked up over 2 million Spotify streams since being announced in January.
The band just wrapped up a busy week in Austin at SXSW and announced festival appearances at Lollapalooza and WayHome, and just added a second show in San Francisco due to high demand. San Fermin kicks off an extensive US headline tour next month - including one of the first-ever shows at NYC's brand new venue Brooklyn Steel, as well as additional festival stops at Bunbury and Green River Festival.
