Rihanna is the new owner of a Los Angeles penthouse formerly owned by Matthew Perry. Rihanna paid $21 million for the four-bedroom, 9,290-square-foot condo in The Century, where she has been a resident since 2014, but in a much smaller unit. Perry referred to the home as his 'Mansion in the Sky.
