Review of Midea 45L 1200W Smart Inverter Microwave: 

So how is this microwave different? The combination of 1200W power and the inverter technology makes a noticeable difference to heat food quickly, and more importantly, avoid situations where the edges are piping hot and the middle is still cold. 

The 45L capacity is probably my favourite feature, it's quite a large microwave, making the extra space genuinely useful when you're heating larger dinner plates, family sized portions or dishes that simply don't fit comfortably in a smaller microwave.  I've also found the auto menus handy for things like vegetables, potatoes, rice and pasta when I don't want to think too much about cooking times.

The Smart Humidity Sensor is another nice touch, as it adjusts the cooking time and heat rather than leaving you constantly checking and restarting the microwave. This Midea microwave is fast without being overly aggressive with your food. Reheating leftovers is much more even, and the 'Even Reheat' function helps avoid those dreaded cold spots.  There are 10 levels, so you have more control when you want to gently warm something rather than blasting it at full power and destroying nutrients.  It's worth noting that the 45L size does take up a fair amount of bench or wall space, so it's not the best choice if you have a small kitchen.

Midea 45L 1200W Smart Inverter Microwave is a great option for busy households.  It's powerful, spacious and easy to use, but the smart features are actually useful rather than just being there for show and easy to learn.  For everyday meals, reheating leftovers and those nights when you want something quick and comforting, it has quickly become the appliance I  most rely on.
