Grapefruit Rosemary Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients 
For the rosemary syrup
250ml water
1 cup sugar
4 sprigs fresh rosemary

For the cocktail
500ml Brown Brothers Ultra Low Prosecco
500ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Crushed ice
Fresh rosemary, strawberries and grapefruit to garnish

Method
1. To make the rosemary syrup, combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved, turn off heat, and set aside for 10 minutes to cool. Remove rosemary. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
2. To assemble the drinks, fill 4 glasses with crushed ice. Add 125ml of grapefruit juice and 1 teaspoon of rosemary syrup to each one; stir to combine.
3. Top with 125ml of Brown Brothers Ultra Low Prosecco. Garnish with fresh rosemary, strawberries and grapefruit, if desired.
