Fashion Police with Joan Rivers Joan Rivers brings her notorious and no-holds-barred celebrity fashion and pop culture commentary to viewers as E!'s popular franchise Fashion Police expands to a new weekly series hosted by the comedy icon. From hot new trends to red carpet risks, Joan will take viewers through a complete recap of the week's celebrity fashion and ultimately decide who sizzled - and who fizzled.
The new Fashion Police series will kick off Wednesday, September 1 at 8:30pm with a special hour-long event covering the Primetime Emmy Awards and then will move to its regular weekly timeslot on Saturday, September 11 at 7pm on E! Joan will also host Fashion Police specials in the 2011 award season once again dishing on red carpet fashion at the Oscars, Golden Globes, SAGs and Grammys.
Fashion Police specials hosted by Joan in the first quarter 2010 saw significant year-on-year increases, building +40% among households (.90 rating) and total viewers (1 million) in their premieres. Across all airings, the franchise has reached approximately 17.5 million unique viewers in 2010. The specials also delivered strong ratings against E!'s primetime average, out-performing the first quarter 2010 average by more than +60% among households and +40% among the key adult 18-49 demo.

The one and only Joan Rivers is a celebrated red carpet legend who served as host of E!'s Live from the Red Carpet for nearly a decade starting in 1996. She is an internationally renowned comedienne, Tony-nominated actress, best-selling author, Emmy Award-winning television talk show host, playwright, screenwriter, motion picture director, columnist, lecturer, syndicated radio host, jewelry designer and cosmetic company entrepreneur, businesswoman - and a proud mother and grandmother.
Melissa Rivers will serve as Co-Executive Producer for E!'s Fashion Police weekly series. Melissa will also develop other shows for Comcast Entertainment Group as part of her agreement. She previously served as Producer for Fashion Police specials airing in first quarter 2010.
Fashion Police is produced by Comcast Entertainment Studios. Gary Snegaroff is Executive-in-Charge of Production and Lisa Bacon is Executive Producer. Larry Thompson, Joan Rivers' manager, brokered the deal with the network.
