From The Co-Creator of Narcos and Godfather of Harlem, New Series 'The Westies' Premieres

Set in early 1980s New York, The Westies is a raw and propulsive new crime drama following the infamously violent Irish gang of the same name. From the co-creator of Narcos and Godfather of Harlem, the series stars Academy Award® winner J.K. Simmons, Stanley Morgan, Jessica Frances Dukes, and TitusWelliver.

When the construction of the Jacob Javits Convention Centre encroaches on The Westies' home turf in Hell's Kitchen, the gang sets their sights on the profits. Despite being vastly outnumbered by the Italian Mafia, the Westies' legendary brutality allows them to share in the spoils through a fragile détente. But as an internal divide between a brash younger generation and old-school leaders threatens to tear the gang apart, The Westies are swept into the FBI's ever-deepening investigation into the Italian Mafia.

The Westies premieres 3pm AEST this Sunday, with a double episode premiere. New episodes every Sunday.
