F45 Training is set to bring its freshest face to Australia for the first time for an outdoor training session, F45 Track, at Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre on Sunday, 17th December. The FREE session is open to everyone who's up for some sweaty, functional fun and keen to meet Cory George, the newest face of F45tv!
Cory George joined F45 Training following an extensive search of over 100 fitness models internationally and joins a carefully selected group of fitness models to deliver movement demonstrations featured in studios on F45tv, something that is uniquely a part of F45 Training, the fastest growing fitness network in the world.
Born in Santa Cruz, the 26-year-old California native delivers a new change of pace to the F45 Athletics Department. As a former American Football and Junior Olympics Volleyball player, Cory discovered early on the benefits of staying active with a focus on how he works out and how he eats, Cory is more determined than ever to inspire the F45 Training community and be the example for our Team Training, Life Changing philosophy.
Following in his team training roots, Cory George said joining F45 Training was a natural fit.
'I love F45 Training because I feel like I'm a part of a team again. Every time I walk into an F45 studio, members are working hard and pushing their comrades to work hard as well. When you're a part of a fitness family that not only strives to push themselves but others as well, that's when you know you've found a good community. This reason alone is why most of us -fitness enthusiasts' become a part of this industry; support is a beautiful thing. Plus, I'm pretty sure F45 is secretly creating super heroes!" said Cory.
F45 Track is an outdoor training session that offers both members of the public and F45'ers a variation of the sessions offered in studio. It is a gravity-based, 45-minute workout.
