1 x 70g wholegrain wrap
¼ cup Bulla Gherkin Cottage Cheese
50g cooked chicken breast slices
¼ avocado, chopped
4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
baby cos lettuce leaves
1. Top wrap with Bulla Gherkin Cottage Cheese, chicken, avocado, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
2. Fold up to enclose filling. Serve.
Hints and Tips:
Heat for wrap in the Microwave to 10-15 second to refresh and make folding your wrap easier.
Canned tuna or low fat ham are excellent alternatives to the chicken.
