CherryHill Orchards Blossom Festival in full Bloom Just in Time for the School Holidays
This Spring CherryHill Orchards opens the gates for the return of Blossom Festival. Set at the Wandin East orchard, this magical event invites visitors to wander through the cherry trees in bloom as Spring has well and truly sprung. Every year, the orchard comes to life with the trees in bloom, showcasing the stunning white blossoms. This popular annual event offers picture-perfect photo opportunities and a festive atmosphere, creating an idyllic day out in the countryside for family and friends.
The popular two-week Blossom Festival celebrates the cherry blossom season. This dog-friendly event is held during the school holidays, with kids-go-free weekdays, and plenty of family-friendly fun. Visitors will enjoy stunning views, gorgeous white cherry blossoms, beverage tastings, lawn games, a kid's hub with craft, scavenger hunts, bracelet making and face painting, and live acoustic music on weekends. 100% of profits from furry friends' admission is donated to animal aid Coldstream. This perfect spring day out provides a stunning backdrop, with guests invited to bring their own picnics, enjoy one of the tasty food trucks on-site, roast locally made marshmallows over the fire, and delight in a creamy cherry ice cream from their on-site cafe.
Come November, CherryHill Orchards will open the gates for the much-loved Cherry-Picking season. Held across their two scenic Yarra Valley orchards, and located only an hour's drive from Melbourne's CBD, this event includes all-you-can-eat cherries while picking, access to picnic areas and a farmgate shop filled with cherry treats and local produce, providing an authentic tree-to-plate experience for all ages to enjoy. Early bird tickets are now available for cherry enthusiast to lock in their first pick of the season
