1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
¼ cup Barker's NZ Butterscotch Caramel Sauce
Extra Barker's NZ Butterscotch Caramel sauce for the glass
•Combine the ice cream, ¼ cup Barker's NZ Butterscotch Caramel Sauce and milk in a blender and blitz until smooth.
•Drizzle Barker's NZ Butterscotch Caramel Sauce down the insides of the glass.
•Pour in the blended milkshake.
•Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
3 cups popped popcorn
1/3 cup Barker's NZ Butterscotch Caramel Sauce.
•Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
•Coat the popcorn in the sauce-add salt to taste if you wanted salted caramel.
•Place the popcorn on an oven tray and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
