Amber Lawrence Bring It Back

Amber Lawrence Bring It Back

Five-time Golden Guitar winner, Amber Lawrence, releases her brand new single and video, 'Bring It Back,' available today.  The upbeat and powerful 'Bring It Back' is a timely ode to the music industry, to both the artists and the fans. It laments the loss of our old ways, with Amber musically imploring for life to soon go back to the way it was.

As Amber describes it, "When I wrote 'Bring It Back' with Mel Dyer, I just knew it had to be the first single. 'Bring It Back' expresses exactly how I feel about our industry and life right now - reminiscing about the things we've lost, but hopeful about a brighter future. It's such an upbeat track - and I hope people love hearing it as much as I love performing it!"

Produced by Stuart Stuart (Sheppard, The Veronicas, Lee Kernaghan, Taylor Moss), and co-written with APRA nominee Melanie Dyer; Amber's new single is an evolved sound we haven't yet heard across Amber's past releases. With soaring vocals and a hugely catchy melody, it is set to be a new fan favourite. Supported by Amber's 'Bring It Back' tour which commences late 2021 thru to 2022. 'Bring It Back' is the first taste from Amber's 7th studio album - set for release next year.

About Amber
While 2020 all but halted live music, Amber didn't stop releasing new music or reaching new heights. Amber teamed up with American band, the Davisson Brothers Band, to release 'The Greatest Show on Earth' which featured in Rolling Stone magazine and topped the radio charts.  In July, Amber joined forces with fellow Australian country artists Aleyce Simmonds, Kirsty Lee Akers & Dianna Corcoran to release a poignant cover of John Williamson's True Blue. While each member of the group recorded their parts, and even filmed the music video separately, the song earned the quartet a Golden Guitar at the 2021 awards.

In 2019 Amber released her 6th studio album, Spark, which hit the #1 position of the ARIA Country Music Charts; also releasing her first long-form LIVE DVD and album 'Amber Lawrence Live'. Wrapping up the year, Amber hit the Top 5 Most Played Artists on the Country Music TV Channel (alongside Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Travis Collins and Tim McGraw).

And if this wasn't a big enough year, Amber, one of the hardest working artists in the marketplace today, rounded out the year with the release of her third children's album, The Kids Gone Country II, which debuted at #2 on the iTunes Kids Chart and #2 on the Album Country Chart (nestled amongst The Wiggles and Play School). This album is currently a finalist at the 2021 Independent Music Awards in the category of Best Independent Children's Album or EP.

Amber is currently touring with Catherine Britt, bringing their Love & Lies Tour across the east coast of Australia, and recently recorded a cover of Helen Reddy's girl-power anthem, I Am Woman.
