45ml Bombay Sapphire Gin

100ml Tonic Water

 

Glass: Wine or Highball

Methos: Build over ice and stir. Garnish & serve.

Grapefruit & Rosemary

Orange & Ginger

Fingerlime & Basil

 

 

 

SPRITZ – Bombay Sapphire Rose Spritz

 

30ml Bombay Sapphire

20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

15ml bitter aperitif

10ml Lemon Juice

100ml Tonic Water or Soda Water

Orange wheel.

 

Glass: Wine

Method: Build over cubed ice and stir. Garnish and serve.

 

 

 

 

 

COLLINS TWIST – Winter Bombay Fizz

 

45ml Bombay Sapphire

20ml Martini Rosso

10ml Lemon Juice

100ml Tonic Water

Orange Twist

Star Anise

 

Glass: Collins

Method: Build over cubed ice and stir. Garnish and serve.

 

 

BOMBAY MARTINI TWIST – The Olivette

This is a lighter version to the classic gin Martini

 

30ml Bombay Sapphire

30ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth

15 St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Green Olive

 

Glass: Martini

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, add ice and stir till chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish.

 

 

 

 

 

BOMBAY NEGRONI TWIST – Elderflower Negroni

 

30ml BOMBAY SAPPHIRE GIN

15ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

30ml Gentian Liqueur

1 dash orange bitters

Orange Twist – pressed oil over drink

 

Glass: Rocks glass

Method: Build over cubed ice, stir down and garnish.
