Ziggy Alberts announces regional Australian Tour in support of 'New Love'

Following the announcement of his upcoming seventh studio album 'New Love' set for release in February 2025, singer-songwriter Ziggy Alberts has announced a regional tour of Australia - the first in seven years since the highly successful Laps Around The Sun World Tour (2018-2019).

Having taken his New Love World tour across Europe, the UK, US and Asia, Ziggy will be bringing the magic back home to some of Australia's most vibrant regional towns between March and April 2025. Kicking off at 3 Oceans Winery in Margaret River WA, Ziggy will be hitting stages across Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, ACT and Victoria, with stops at iconic venues such as the Tank Arts Centre in Cairns, The Powerhouse in Toowoomba, and the Civic Hall in Ballarat. 

Ziggy's powerful performances have gained widespread acclaim at home and abroad, coming a long way from his humble beginnings busking on the streets of Byron Bay. The New Love World Tour has taken him to new heights internationally - selling out shows across the globe, including two headline shows in Mexico city earlier this month. Each show promises to be a memorable experience; filled with raw emotion, spontaneity, and the heartfelt lyrics that have seen Ziggy Alberts connect with fans and showgoers worldwide.

2024 has been a busy year for Ziggy, with the release of stunning music in singles 'Outlaw', 'Where Does The Love Go?' and 'New Love', as well as his second book of published poetry, sun memos. The release of 'Outlaw' and 'New Love' alone have drawn numbers on streaming platforms; 'Outlaw' has accrued over 1.27 million streams across DSPs, while 'New Love' currently sits at 3.52 million streams across DSPs and counting. Altogether, Ziggy's catalogue has amassed over a billion streams worldwide.  Additionally, the music has been receiving strong airplay across Australian and international markets, adding to the excitement building up to this New Love era.
