Traditional Greek Dip (Tzatziki)
2 medium continental cucumbers, seeded
250g Low Fat Vaalia Natural (re-sealable 300g tub)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Chop cucumbers into small cubes, drain well and mix with the yoghurt, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve in dip bowl.

Tzatziki is a cold refreshing accompaniment that can be served as a starter with freshly cut vegetables, bread or crackers. Also serve your Tzatziki as an accompaniment to other dishes such as curry.
