Pay homage to classic highballs of the past by combining an all Australian whisky with Fever-Tree tonic. This drink takes a new world approach to the classic combination of spirit and mixer.

Ingredients
30ml Starward Two-Fold
100ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Method
Build in a high ball or rock glass, add ice and stir. Garnish with a wedge of seasonal grapefruit.
