Construct-a-saurus
Take off with your own pterosaur – the earliest known vertebrate to have evolved flight. Make your own flying mobile to take home and watch it flap its famous reptilian wings in this 10-minute activity.

Design a Dino
This is your chance to design your own dinosaur using only its bones as clues. What will it look like? Is it pink, striped or spotted? Does it have scales, fur or feathers? What is it called? You decide!

Frozen Moments
Step back in time and get your hands on a piece of the prehistoric past with the fossilized remains of animals, insects and plants on our interactive touch trolley.
Time: 10.30am and 3.30pm (daily)

Explore-a-saurus – new exhibition
Explore-a-saurus demonstrates the ways in which palaeontologists use fossil evidence to learn about how dinosaurs lived; from what they ate and how fast they ran, to what colour they were and even how they cared for their young. Test your strength against the strength of a T-rex jaw, or see the world through the eyes of a dinosaur, all in a gallery inhabited by Scienceworks' own animatronic dinosaurs!
Cost: Adults $18, Concession $6 and Children (3-16 years) $5. Includes general entry to Scienceworks.
