Paces Work Me Out ft. Rye Rye
Gold Coast producer Paces is on an undeniable upward swing. After selling out his series of Ship to Shore album launch parties, his debut LP -Vacation' entered the iTunes Top 20 album charts and claimed the #2 spot in Electronic charts. Premiering on Consequence of Sound over the weekend, he now releases Work Me Out - an infectious ode to the summertime that features Baltimore rapper Rye Rye.
Longtime M.I.A collaborator and sidekick, Rye Rye says about her collaboration with Paces, 'I love -Work Me Out'! It's one of those songs that you blast riding in the car with the windows down and all of your friends singing together." The single itself is lifted from Paces' 13-track debut, which features a range of international and Australian talent. From Baltimore to Brazil to a little closer to home, Paces has enlisted artists like Bonde do Rolê, Kučka, Oliver Tank and Guy Sebastian. Listen to -Vacation' here.
To celebrate the release, Paces' series of album launch parties featured a swag of special guests including Jess Kent from the triple j favourite 1993 (No Chill), which made it to most played status.
