Kemal Barut's youthful interpretation of one of history's oldest and most diversly influenced cuisines is inspiring - and with the matching of small 'flights' of wines - a range of four whites or four reds, the Turkish feast is complete.

Wine 'Flights' are a clever way to sample multiple wines beside various dishes - and Lezzet's Meze plates or the Sofra (banquet) are great accompaniments to the flights.

The July wine flights will include wines from Heathcote, Yarra Valley, New Zealand, Adelaide Hills, the Grampians and the Coonawarra region so it's a well rounded offering at every sitting.
