The follow up to Leon's critically acclaimed, award winning, certified U.S. GOLD debut album Coming Home, Good Thing was executive produced by Ricky Reed and Niles City Sound and produced by Ricky Reed. Leon and Niles City Sound, his longtime collaborators, headed out west to work with Reed with the goal of taking Leon's music in a more modern R&B direction while staying true to his signature style.
Prior to releasing Beyond, Leon released two tracks to instantaneous praise: Bet Ain't Worth the Hand and Bad Bad News. As a trained choreographer, Leon has been long celebrated for his special live show which couples both his, and his full scale band's musicianship with the use of dance and motion. Leon impressed Australian audiences last month with sold out headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as a smooth yet electric set at Bluesfest in Byron Bay. The R&B crooner is currently trekking across North America for a tour in support of the release of Good Thing. The tour includes two sold out nights at Radio City Music Hall.
