On Saturday 21st October, Neo Restaurant & Bar at The Grace Hotel is hosting an intimate dinner for only $95 per person with winemaker Paul Smith from Knappstein Wines of Clare Valley SA. Paul will charm you with his premium wines paired together the five course degustation dinner created especially for the night by our Executive Chef. Pre-dinner drinks* and canapés kick off the event at 6pm, with dinner commencing at 7pm.
"With over a decade of experience, hes one of the foremost experts of Clare Valleys top Rieslings," says Philip Pratley, General Manager of The Grace Hotel. With an established reputation for fine Rieslings and Shiraz, Knappstein has over the years expanded its portfolio whilst still retaining their appreciation and focus on the core varieties of the region. With Paul as your sommelier for the night, wine making will be brought to life and youll be introduced to the trade secrets of the business over a sumptuous meal complemented by the carefully selected premium Knappstein wines.
