Gelatissimo is excited to announce it will be launching a brand new, innovative flavour to stores nationwide this week. From Thursday 1st November – World Vegan Day – Gelatissimo will be offering a limited-edition vegan and non-dairy flavour made from almond milk!
Perfect for those who are vegan, health-nuts, lactose-intolerant or simply love a delicious gelato, the nutty flavour is a vegan almond sorbet made using almond milk with a dairy-free, chocolate swirl, cacao nibs and toasted almonds
It was created to cater for the rising popularity of superfoods and more specifically, for the growing community of Australians searching for dairy and guilt-free desserts that not only taste amazing, but use nutritious and natural ingredients. Indeed, Australia is the third fastest growing vegan market in the world*, making it the perfect place to launch an almond milk-based sweet treat.
Gelatissimo's Product Development Manager, Filiz Kaya, comments: "Over the past couple of years, we've seen increasing demand for flavours that incorporate superfoods like activated charcoal and almond milk, so we're proud to be launching this on-trend and refreshing almond milk flavour on World Vegan Day," she says.
