Next Thursday, 17 October, Art Battle Australia together with The GPT Group and Melbourne Central present a live painting competition to raise funds for ReachOut in support of Mental Health Month.
The interactive, cultured performance will showcase 6 high profile artists - Daniel Hend, Callum Holmberg, Sktch Custom Graphics, Kat Young Art and Fausto Gallego - welcoming guests to take part in their creative talent.
During two fast-paced rounds of live painting, each artist will endeavor to paint masterfully and competitively with acrylic paint and wonderful techniques. Think flying paint, epic tunes, brushes moving at the speed of light resulting in exquisite colours and aesthetics, before you, the audience, is invited to determine a winner.
At the end of each round, the audience votes for their favourite painting and can bid in silent auctions to take the work home. All proceeds from the sale of 12 paintings are donated to ReachOut.
Bringing together live light, music and art through a wonderful experience, ReachOut Art Battle is completely FREE to attend, accompanied by DJ Vann Goldie and light art installations within the Shot Tower to enhance the theatrical nature of the experience.
