This week Ruth visits Chesters, a 215-year-old house belonging to John and Ellie Henderson. A Grade I-listed Georgian country home, Chesters comes complete with 1,500 acres of land, a disused stable block, 14 estate cottages and a mile of the Teviot river, but John lives 360 miles away in London.
