Sleigh bells jingling, cocktails ring tingle tingling! Gin Palooza returns to Sydney for a special Christmas edition, from Friday 4 – Saturday 5 December at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC).
The two-day festive gin extravaganza will bring together 41 craft distillers and showcase more than 200 craft gins from Australia's preeminent distillers. Many of the offerings will feature special Christmas release gins, just in time for holiday gift shopping.
Adorned with palm trees, the ICC's gallery room will transform into a gin lovers'garden paradise, boasting fresh new botanicals and the latest innovations in the industry.
The Festival will consist of three x three hour sessions, giving gin connoisseurs ample time to create the G&Ts of their dreams using new release Artisan tonics expertly mixed with world-class gins.
With wall to wall G&Ts, participating distillers include award-winning brands: The Farmers Wife, Never Never Distillery Botanica, Manly Spirits, Ester spirits, Barossa distilling Co.
A range of masterclasses will feature at the event run by respected industry aficionados including Sydney's star bartender Mikey Enright and Byron Bay gin sustainability leader Eddie Brook.*
Patrons can also look forward to FREE coffees from Schibello Coffee, as well as a tantalising array of gourmet dishes from cod croquettes to beef sliders, arancini balls, butter chicken and gin cured Atlantic salmon.
The event will observe a CovidSafe plan in line with government regulations to ensure the safety of attendees.
