The Australian Open Festival

The Australian Open have just announced their music programme for the illustrious Finals Festival, set to take place over 3 days during the finals weekend of The Australian Open.

The lineup, which features global sensations Groove Armada, Rudimental and Yaeji, iconic Australian artists DMA'S and Ruel, and LGBTQI+ champions Peach PRC and AO Pride Ambassador Tash Sultana are just the beginning of the acts confirmed for this year's lineup.

Untitled Group, Australia's largest independent music and events promoter are leading the music programming, returning for their second year. The group are best known for music festivals such as Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, Grapevine Gathering and Ability Fest.

To kick things off, on Thursday 25th January (AO Pride Day) Australian pop singer, songwriter Peach PRC, and AO pride ambassador Tash Sultana will be supplying crowds with their unique one of a kind sound. Alongside this, 'Raingurl' creator Yaeji, Djanaba, Anesu and DJ Luv You will be taking to John Cain Arena.

On woman's final day, Saturday 27th January fan favourite DMA'S will take the stage along with Australian indie rock royalty, The Jungle Giants, ARIA Award winning Ruel, Tia Gostelow and Melbourne based DJ Mel Hall.

On Men's final day, Sunday 28th January you can expect epic British superstars Groove Armada and Rudimental, Latifa Tee, Sunshine & Disco Faith Choir and local DJ Cooper Smith.

After a massively successful, sold-out Finals Festival last year at Kia Arena, the festival will this year take place in the John Cain Arena boasting a huge 10,000 person capacity.
