Trop Jr features 12 short films by Australias youngest and most talented filmmakers, all under the age of 15. Last years premiere of the festival brought together families, fans and film buffs alike in the Crescent Precinct of Sydneys Domain. The films displayed were a mixture of everything from documentary, to horror, comedy and Claymation.

John Polson, Director/Founder of the festival said “Trop Jrs swift rise in popularity in its second year has been pleasantly surprising. Weve seen nearly double the number of entries come in compared to its debut last year. We had a great response from schools and individuals around the country with young filmmakers from every state represented.”
