The event is centred on competitions in full body art (temporary art - not tattoo) and face painting, but also includes competitions and exhibitions in wearable art, vehicle art and photography. The theme for the 2013 event is 'The Best of Oz', and artists will be competing for over $14,000 in cash and prizes.
