With more than 40 years' experience, Chef Khoo will showcase three varying menus across the six days, available from 6pm – 9pm Tuesday to Saturday and 12pm – 3pm on Sunday, from just a $79 per person.
• You will embark on a culinary journey through the sea; the buffet tantalising the tastebuds with a selection of platters to start, including mirin and sake cured ocean trout and steamed mussels with refreshing coconut and lime dressing.
• Other dishes include succulent BBQ Pork Singapore noodle salad or mizuna with fennel capsicum and sprouts from the salad bar, and wok fry chilli crab with mantou or baked sambal fish from the hot selection.
• To finish, guests can toast to their experience with a delicious pina colada, included in the dessert offering, and choose from sweet treats including mango cheesecake, Chinese custard tarts, coconut mousse and more.
