Lost Paradise, the New Year music, arts, yoga, performance, food and glamping event has announced their Shambhala Fields line-up of enlivening yoga and workshop teachers and instructors and final release tickets are now on sale. Curating the Shambhala Fields line-up for the second year, passionate Bondi-based yogi, Catriona Byrne, has drawn on over 15 years' experience practicing and teaching to hand-pick a diverse group of inspirational teachers and speakers.

 

Highlights include:


Simon Borg-Olivier
, Director of the Yoga Synergy School in Australia is an internationally renowned lecturer and Yoga teacher. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge gathered as a lifelong yoga practitioner, physiotherapist, university lecturer and research scientist.


Nicole Walsh,
one of the original founders of Body Mind Life and owner of studio InYoga, has been one of Sydney's most respected teachers for more than 15 years. Her teaching infuses traditional yoga practices with an innovative twist - incorporating asana, pranayama, music and meditation.


Jeevi Ramtel,
'The Laughing Chef", is the certified Raw Food chef and a Laughter yoga instructor. Jeevi has conducted Laughter yoga in Australia, USA, Nepal and India. Did you know that laughter is the best medicine!? According to medical research 10 minutes of hearty laughter is equal to 30 minutes on the rowing machine.

 

YogaRhythms visionary DJ R.I.A is joined by Sydney based Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and world-music dance junkie Shian Love who will weave her booty-FULL goodness. Yoga Rhythms is here to nourish your creative expression and rouse you to the pulse of life!
