'Queen will, Queen will... rock Ballarat'

Celebrating the 40th anniversary of one of the greatest rock bands in history ROCK music fans from around the country are set to descend on Ballarat for a world premiere exhibition of photographs and memorabilia of legendary English rock band Queen.

QUEEN - the Unseen Archive will feature unseen images of the group taken by close friend and roadie Peter Hince, providing personal insight into one of the world's greatest rock bands.

As well as the incredible photo collection, the exhibition features rare items of personal and tour memorabilia, including Freddie Mercury's pink ladies turtleneck made famous in the 1984 'I want to
'break free' video clip, the legendary Shure 565 SD microphone used at all but one Queen tour, and the unforgettable tiger skin pants worn by drummer Roger Taylor. Plus hand-written lyrics and original
posters, passes and tickets.
